  • Bowen Therapy UK Ltd (“we/us”) reserves the right to change dates, locations and, prior to the start date, cancel the Bowen Practitioner Training (“the Full Course”). If the Full Course is cancelled by us, you will be fully refunded.

  • If you are unable to attend any/all classes after payment of the course, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund. If you contact us at least 14 days in advance of a specific class you are unable to attend, we may be able to offer an a replacement class at a date, location and time organised upon the discretion of the course leader. We cannot be held responsible if you are unable to attend a replacement date.

  • If you decide to withdraw from the Full Course, any such cancellations should be submitted by e-mail to mcphealth@google.com and must be received at least 21 days before the start of the course. Cancellations will not be accepted after 21 days before the start of the course and full payment of the course will remain payable.

  • The deposit for the Full Course is non-refundable.

  • All course fees are payable at least 2 weeks before the start of the Full Course in order to confirm your place. Once you have paid and been enrolled In the Full Course, we do not offer transfers to another course.

  • We offer 2 payment options: Upfront payment.

    1. Total cost: £1950 (including a £90 discount).

    2. Pay in instalments, as listed below (due and payable at least 2 weeks prior to the start of each module):
Module 1 & 2: £580, including registration fees.
Modules 3 – 6a: £240 per Module.
Module 7: £260 
Full Course Total: £2040

  • You can choose to pay a deposit in order to reserve your spot on the Full Course. However, please note that you can only pay the deposit and reserve your spot if you choose the ‘Course deposit’ option or if you pay for Modules 1&2 (if you wish to pay in instalments), i.e., you cannot pay a deposit for every subsequent module. The deposit is refundable only if the course is cancelled by us. The outstanding amount due for the course needs to be paid at least 2 weeks prior to the course start date (if paying in full) or at least 2 weeks prior to each Module section, as specified above (if paying in instalments).

  • No refunds can be given on deposits and/or course fees, or for sessions unattended or cancelled by you.

  • Please note that the course fees do not cover any flights, accommodation and additional expenses. We are not liable for any flights, accommodation and other costs incurred by a student prior to receiving a booking confirmation for the Full Course by us.

  • The training venues have good transport links and parking spaces are normally available. Accommodation is also available in the vicinity of the training venues and we are happy to provide additional details and recommendations of suitable accommodation options. We are not responsible to provide and/or cover the costs of any student’s accommodation.

  • As part of the Full Course and training, students will be encouraged to practice the Bowen Technique movements on their fellow classmates. This means that you will have physical contact with other students in your class. Please be respectful to each other and make sure that each student feels comfortable and happy with any movement or technique practiced on them.

  • During each class, students are asked to inform the course leader of any concerns or if they find any aspect of the practical sessions sensitive. Each student accepts all responsibility for the pressure used on them during treatments by a member of staff or by a fellow student.

  • Bowen Therapy UK Ltd and its staff cannot be held responsible for any reactions caused by a Bowen treatment given by a member of staff or a student.

  • Keep Bowen Therapy UK Ltd well informed of any ailments, illnesses, physical or mental discomfort or any other barriers to learning. We will endeavour to meet your learning needs but cannot be held liable or responsible in any way if we are unable to meet your specific requirements.

  • To be able to practice professionally, upon successful completion of the Bowen Therapy Practitioner Training and obtaining a Bowtech Certificate of Proficiency, candidates need to be registered members of the Bowen Association (UK). In addition, it is a requirement for candidates to attain:

    1. An Anatomy & Physiology Certificate to a minimum of NVQ Level 3
    2. A First Aid Certificate
    3. An Insurance Certificate

  • Please note: You may start the Bowen Therapy course without an Anatomy & Physiology Certificate, however you will not be issued with your Certificate of Proficiency until you have your A&P Certificate.

  • Throughout the course, we might take photos that are intended for use across our online and social media channels to help promote our practice. Please speak to your instructor at the start of the course to make them aware if you’d like to be excluded from these photo materials.
